I Haven't Received My Wages. What Do I Do?

Recolo Hospitality processes all the hours on Wednesdays to the latest in order to pay them on Thursday or Friday. However, we can only process and pay the hours that have been approved by the clients.

If your hours have not been approved on the Wednesday following the end of a period, please contact us immediately. This will allow us to call your workplace and get the hours approved in due time. 

No matter what, do not panic! Even if we receive the approval a few days late, we will pay you as soon as we can!
