For many positions, the schedules for the coming week are sent on Thursdays, on Fridays to the latest. For that reason we ask you to give us your availabilities each Wednesday to the latest, to info@recolo.nl, or by whatsapp, to +31610421474.
You will be able to see the days when you are unavailable directly in the app WhenIWork. Those days will be blocked as “Time Off”
If you are a Receptionist, the schedules are made on a monthly basis. For each month, we start working on the planning on the 15th of the previous month. Please send us the days when you cannot work before that date.
If you plan to go on holidays more than 2 weeks, we may need to train someone to fill in for you. We kindly ask you to tell us of your holiday dates at least a month in advance.
